The Statutes were endorsed with the resolution of the 60th Ordinary General Assembly of members of the Gdynia Cotton Association held on 24May 2001 in Jurata. The last amendments were approved by the 77th Ordinary General Assembly of members, on 25th May 2018 in Gdynia.
