Turkey – safeguard defınıtıve measures on cotton yarns

Turkish investigating authorities have concluded the safeguard investigation  concerning the imports of “Cotton Yarns” which was launched on 23 May 2008.The definite measures were imposed in the the form of ad valorem duty with maximum and minimum specific duty limits. The measure entered into force for 3 years as from the date of the official publication made on 21st of October 2008.

DG Trade H is already investigating next possible steps through a potential review of measures in the mid-term.
