News The Peruvian authorities have initiated the safeguard investigation concerning the Cotton Yarns, HS codes 5204 and 5206 (erga omnes). The investigation has been started on 13 March 2009.
According to Eurosat Statistics, there are very few exports of the EU countries to Peru (about 65 Tons of Spain). In our opinion the European interest in the investigation results is none. However – any Companies interested in the investigation are invited to contact the Gdynia cotton Association for support and more information.
