Held every four years since 1951, ITMA is the world’s largest international textile and garment machinery exhibition. In 2007, thousands of potential buyers attended the ITMA show with more than 1400 companies showcasing their best solutions , being an international platform to bring you potential business opportunities. ITMA2011 will be held from the 22 – 29th Sep 2011  in Barcelona, Spain. It is owned by CEMATEX and is recognised as the Olympics of the textile machinery industry. ITMA 2011 is also organised by MP International Pte Ltd. . The launch of a new chapter dedicated to  fibre and yarn comes as a response to industry demands for a comprehensive, one-stop sourcing platform for textile and  garment makers. A Fibre and Yarn pavilion will also be set up under the Research & Education sector for research centres, institutions and associations to showcase their projects and programmes. Besides, ITMA 2011 will feature new initiatives including the inaugural World Textile Summit, Advance Textile Conference and the  Research and Education pavilion , to deliver the audience you want to meet in Barcelona. ITMA2011 will be held at a state-of-the-art venue, Fira Gran Via, with easy accessibility to and from the old town centre.                                                                                                                                                                                                       www.itma.com
