76th Plenary Meeting of the ICAC was held on 22 – 27 October, 2017 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Topic of the Session was Cotton in the Era of Globalization and Technological Progress. GCA representatives took part in the meetings as the members of the UE official delegation.
