Why is it worth it?
The Gdynia Cotton Association (GCA) as an owner of the Cotton Trademark registered in the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland grants licenses which shall be use by the companies producing goods meeting requirements defined by the rules. In this way the GCA promotes among consumers a demand for goods made of the natural , human friendly fibre.
Goods marked with the Cotton Trademark allow consumers to:
- improve product recognition,
- guarantee the selection of higher-quality goods,
- shorten the purchase decision-making time,
- identify themselves with an environmental friendly value system.
What does a license to use the Cotton Trademark provide?
The tangible benefits of using the Cotton Mark for producers of pure cotton products include:
- stimulating demand for products marked with this trademark,
- increasing the prestige of products marked with this mark in the eyes of customers,
- maintaining a competitive advantage,
- building customer loyalty.
The licensee has the right to use the Cotton Trademark on licensed products, along with their own trademark, on company stationery, and in all forms of company advertising.
