The lobby and the staircase

The Conference Centre is located on the 5th floor of the GCA building and can be reached by the lift or on foot up the magnificent staircase leading to the spacious lobby where the guests can meet and commence the meeting welcoming one another.

Through the wide double door, the lobby is connected with the big Conference Room and the small Presidential Room. It is near to social area where personal belongings can be deposited and to sanitary facilities.

The Conference Room – 100 m²

The big Conference Room can accommodate up to 35people. It is equipped with the original furniture of the ’30s of the 20th century – a unique table and 24 armchairs which match the oak parquet, two glamorous chandeliers, and the set of wall lamps, marble setting of windows and doors, and decorative wall panels.

The spacious room of the height greater than 4 metres, with great windows and refined decor emanates the atmosphere of modernism, whereas the well-thought layout ensures comfortable conditions and adds prestige to every event – from small gathering to big meetings, presentation sessions, and training.

The Conference Room is equipped with an independent air-conditioning unit, a big projection screen, a high resolution projector, and the WI-FI access. There is also enough space for an outsourced technical support company to freely install a simultaneous translation booth and sound system appliances.

The Winter Garden – 87 m2

The premises are exceptional in the Tricity. The light is let in by the translucent roof and panoramic windows and this space is a perfect place to have rest, hold talks over coffee or tea and small snacks in the course of conferences, business meetings, or informal events.

It is equipped with an independent air-conditioning unit and cosy furniture and elegant decor. The windows allow taking the view of Gdynia – with part of the Port and characteristic Sea Towers. All these create a unique atmosphere and facilitate relaxation, or productive talks.

The natural daylight and the cosy vibe there are enchanting, irrespective of the season of the year.

The Presidential Room – 49 m²

The small Presidential Room dedicated to a smaller number of guests is a very elegant area full of souvenirs and mementoes gifted by our allied companies and organisations, local and national institutions in order to honour the abundant history of the Gdynia Cotton Association – from the moment of establishing the Association in 1935 until the present.
Stylish, original furniture, including the wonderful round table, sideboard, and big armchairs create the decor very different from modern spaces which predominate in almost all contemporary office buildings.

The small Presidential Room which combines the classical elegance with functionality may be a space complementary to greater events, or it can be a very prestigious place to hold sessions of the Management Board, Supervisory Council, or other bodies which care for emphasising the importance of the meetings.

The Presidential Room is equipped with an independent air-conditioning unit, has the WI-FI access, and the 65″ TV set of the 4K resolution for multi-media presentations.

Kitchen and sanitary facilities

At the Conference Centre there is a cloakroom where outwear and personal belongings can be deposited. There are also comfortable, new toilets (ladies and gents) and a kitchenette where a catering supplier may finally prepare the food for serving in the Winter Garden.
